The Supreme Court will hear a case in the Fall as to whether Affirmative action is constitutional. Maybe they should spend a little time trying to determine whether discrimination and racism are constitutional. It is a year past the time to expand the court.
@DoctorHenryCT The Supreme Court (SCOTUS) is a White Supremest Court.
@DoctorHenryCT Perhaps it’s time for Congress to pass a Constitutional Amendment outlawing religious and racial discrimination as Senator Carl Levin (D-Michigan) once proposed on the floor 30+ years ago!
@DoctorHenryCT That news was disheartening, especially since the court upheld the precedent in 2016. It's ironic that all the white men on the court benefited by being white men, and Clarence Thomas, who benefited from affirmative action, whether he admits it or not, is staunchly opposed to it.
@DoctorHenryCT @cracraft_teresa They should worry about their credibility.
@DoctorHenryCT @braincloud77 I don't recognize my country; my parents, grandparents aunts and uncles are all spinning in their graves.
