@DoctorWhoNovels It's the silly hands on the Magma Beast that wreck it for me. The Solitract brought so much fun on its appearance. It's such a bizarre bit of nonsense - this frog on a chair in a white void speaking with the voice of Grace. it's too silly to hate.

@DoctorWhoNovels The frog could just as easily have been a talking carrot or a toaster (Bob save us!). All it needed to be was something familiar used as a representation of something beyond our understanding. It worked fine.
