@AirbnbHelp, our Brooklyn trip hit a snag! After agreeing to reschedule due to hazardous air, our host didn't want us. We were told to cancel for a full refund, but now it's uncertain. Our plans are on hold. Urgently need clarity and promised a refund for CASE #HM3MHK4J4E. Help!

Jun 7, 2023: Airbnb acknowledged the hazardous air quality and offered Anthony a date change for his booking or a refund. Jun 9, 2023: Airbnb informed Anthony that the host no longer wanted to accommodate his reservation and advised him to cancel his booking for a full refund.
