@bp22 @Goattty2 This map actually really helped me see your point. I.e. the gray area in DSM prices really only can go up. I guess this concept could extrapolate in ways I didn't think of. desmoinesregister.com/story/news/loc…

@dr7645 @bp22 Lol I've been wrong before but I really don't think so. Bill's a very analytical data driven person from what I've seen.

@bp22 @Goattty2 I definitely agree in the case of Manhattan and general east coast cities. I guess I was talking more Midwest/West. DSM, Chicago, LA, LV, Dallas suburbs have expanded way out, but I see your point: demand is way more than 2x for all areas even in those cases.

@danmcfate @AllenKessler @SavagePoker I think this one is just normal grab the rigjt card and put it where it goes. I did see AA vs KK at Tama, board runs out J high, KK showed immediately, AA waits spikes cards, one bounces off the table and hand is (I think rightly) killed.

@bp22 @Goattty2 Lastly I attribute most of the recent boom in price/interest rates to institutional buying of real estate/mass transfer of $ to real estate (Bill Gates, Mormon church, idk who else) especially in Iowa. Isn't this a significant contributer to the price relative to working class?

@bp22 @Goattty2 Do you really think this or are you playing devils advocate in terms of land? Population has not doubled everywhere while prices have regardless. Also populated area in circumference of cities/verticle housing near center has to have more than doubled around most cities.

@SpeedyD25 @dankness3 Since I keep getting this reply maybe I'll get drunk later and dig up some of the Ben Affleck hands from ACR. Almost positive there's stuff like 14k cold pfai w T4s @25/50 and multi street K hi no draw calldowns

@ryanj_marko Gut feelings are to be trusted. Walked past a hold em table, and kept on walking.

@UFOTofu42 @JoshuaTown3699 @dankness3 Take the 0s away. It's 1/2, an aggressive player bets 80 into 170, you have a pair and all the flop draws missed. Better?

@BGatesIsaPyscho She's been saying the same thing for quite a while. Continuing to assert that Britney is the apex of both ends of the hot and crazy scale, not that complicated.

@parachutesBTC Am I enough of an idiot to believe cherry picked data? No. But glass tapping your audience is pretty fucking funny, good work.

@JamesDempseyPKR @SavagePoker Prevents many angles and misunderstandings. People will put a stack forward, seem to have no chips left and have another stack/big chips blocked by a cup holder. Someone says all-in, throws one chip in, river dealt, they lose and say they said nothing and bet one chip.
