Every accepted share buys a spot on the board. A spot is 10 shares this week. Next week 12, then 15, 20, 25. The price never comes back down, and the spots you already have keep the price of the week you mined them in. The earlier, the cheaper.

No launch date. The mint opens when the vault holds 18 ETH. It fills from the pool's own mining and from what we put in, at a rate nobody outside can see. The number is on the site, it only goes up, and everything mined before it fills is counted.
