Okay, bodybuilding fucks you up. I can never eat, feel or think the same about food or my body. I only eat sugar free treats, I constantly check calories, carbs, protein & fat content. I get sad that my abs fluctuate. But it’s all just part of the process & I love the challenge😈

This should be common sense but apparently not to me. If a piercing falls out and the hole closes up, don’t repierce it yourself. One of my nipple rings came out so I repierced myself but MADE ANOTHER HOLE.If you’re having a bad day, at least you don’t have 3 holes in your nipple
