coming from ex PT who alternates between heavy gym + then focusing solely on pilates....gym + bulking gave me that 🍑 QUICK pilates multiple times a week slimmed + toned me down a lot which I didn't mind but it took my butt down :/
@DrIndyEinstein I hear what you you’re saying but you also need Pilates core strength for proper strength training.
@DrIndyEinstein Pilates can help w/ the booty too. At least in my experience.
@DrIndyEinstein With bulking, do you focus on calories? Is the focus to just intake double the calories you burn or do other things like protein & carbs play a bigger role?
