Nitric Oxide This is another one of my favorite supplements - It is one of the most important molecules for blood vessel health - They don’t contain nitric oxide itself, but instead compounds that your body uses to make it - Often made from beet root extract, also in dark leafy greens (spinach, arugula) - Most commonly known to vasodilate or widen the blood vessels - NO is one of the mechanisms for how chelation works in the body Benefits: - Increase blood flow - Reduce blood pressure - Boosts exercise performance - Energy boost - Metabolism management - Decrease muscle soreness - Helps erectile dysfunction - Helps manage/prevent DM2 by lowering insulin levels Favorite Brands: N1O1, Superbeets, Nitric Oxide Booster (DoubleWood) I can 1 tablet twice daily. The one I personally take is N1O1, and this post is not sponsored by them, I am just mentioning what I take.
@DrJesseMorse Sorry for reaching… but do you have any tips for recovery? They said no surgery since it’s small / healing already. But there is some fluid by the injured area. Next tournament is in Oman November 2024, think I’ll make it?
@DrJesseMorse I love this supplement!! I haven’t taken it in years but I definitely remember it helping me get better work outs / pumps at the gym. Thanks for sharing this content. had a small tare on my hamstring by the glute area in some soccer tournament in Cancun 2 months ago.
