‘BLUE BEETLE’ (2023) is as canon as ‘THE SUICIDE SQUAD’ and ‘PEACEMAKER’ S1. James Gunn needlessly convolutes the carry over of certain characters and projects. I hate that he said “Blue Beetle the character is canon but we never said the movie was.” The movie fits perfectly in DCU continuity and I imagine the animated series will follow up on the missing Ted Kord storyline. It’s very simple to imagine Blue Beetle in ‘MAN OF TOMORROW’ is more or less the same Blue Beetle from his own movie. I understand Gunn’s “until we speak about it on screen it isn’t canon” rule but I also don’t think everything he says is airtight.

Honestly, I think #Clayface is one of those movies that gets more disturbing the more you think about it. At first, you see Matt Hagen as a man who has lost everything and is desperately trying to get his life back. You sympathize with him because you understand his pain. But as the story progresses, you start realizing that his desperation is slowly turning him into someone who cares more about what he wants than the people around him. And that’s what I love about this movie. It doesn’t just rely on body horror to make you uncomfortable. It makes you watch a broken man make decisions that gradually destroy whatever humanity he has left. You want to feel sorry for Matt, but there are moments when you can’t help questioning his actions. By the end, you’re left with a character who is both tragic and terrifying. And honestly, that’s what makes Clayface such a compelling villain. The real horror isn’t just what happened to Matt’s face. It’s what happened to the man underneath it. 💔 #Clayface

@eliz_zeta AH NO, A LA VIEJA MUERTA ME LA SUBES A LA MESA >:(

Acosan y hostigan a alguien constantemente.

Guys, Flanagan brought the idea to Reeves about Clayface, there wasn’t some “in Reevesverse draft” written. It was a pitch, and Reeves and Flanagan saw Gunn and Safran taking over as an opportunity of interest. Then Flanagan wrote the script; which was set in DCU.
