Zahlen zur #DSGVO im Februar: Seit dem 25.05 wurden in der EWG mehr als 59,430 #Datenpannen gemeldet. Davon 🇳🇱15,400, 🇩🇪 12,600, 🇬🇧 10,600. Zudem wurden 91 #Bußgelder verhängt. 70% (64) davon in 🇩🇪. Weitere 17 in 🇲🇹 und 4 in 🇨🇾. Meistens ein 4 bis niedriger 5-stelliger Betrag.
#TeamDatenschutz Sehr schön. Aufsichtsbehörde bestätigt unsere Auffassung Personaldaten Konzernweit in zentraler PA zu verwalten nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO i.V.m. Art.88 DSGVO i.V.m. § 26 BDSG und die Übermittlung nach Art. 6 Abs 1 S 1 lit f DSGVO.
