@DudespostingWs Yea because people are applying for charity?
@DudespostingWs I’m in HR, I believe in posting salary ranges. But you are all missing the employers point, which is they want employees who are motivated by other things IN ADDITION to the money. If you are only there for the money I wouldn’t hire you either
@DudespostingWs I always, always tell candidates before I ask them a single question what the job is and what we're offering. Whether they accepted or not, I have yet to meet a candidate who didn't appreciate it.
@DudespostingWs “We don’t want people to work for us for money” is wild
@DudespostingWs @Adam_Karpiak Thought you might like this.
@DudespostingWs @Adam_Karpiak might get a kick outta this
@DudespostingWs @KhandaniM Let’s be honest, a lot of recruiters do waste peoples time. There is no need to come to your office for an interview then you don’t get back to me if I don’t get the job.
@DudespostingWs The last interview I went to I told them I was interviewing them just as much as they were interviewing me. I needed to know I was a fit otherwise no need to discuss wages. Money isn’t everything but if there is a lot of BS at a job it changes the dynamic on staying.
