Why should learned silk/senior pay you so well, if your only function is to carry big files and boxes from the office into the car, then from the car into the courtroom, and vice versa? Sometimes with a sprinkling of finding law reports in the library, and printing out docs 🤷.

There are over 40 cases in court following the proclamation, says the President. Will the cases simply abate? If a court finds the proclamation was illegal, what is the effect? Something about the case of Amechi v. INEC could be instructive. Any idea what?

It is incorrect for law institutions to keep teaching that Originating Summons is for “non-contentious” matters, as opposed to Writs. Every matter, to be entertained by a court, must have a contention. The distinction is in what is contented; facts or not.

A collateral job role arising from the current influx of AI is the job of trainers/learning delivery officers in organizations. Candidates use AI to get into jobs now, knowing completely nothing about these jobs. Teachers aren’t getting out of circulation anytime soon sha 😆.
