One simple modification can turn Glock pistols into illegal machine guns that shoot up to 1,200 rounds a minute. If Glock has known about this problem and failed to address it, they may have broken the law. That's why I sent them a letter telling them to preserve evidence.
Performing the modification is already illegal for the vast majority of Americans. How can you possibly try to hold a private company liable for a modification to their product that was made after the sale? This is akin to holding auto manufacturers liable for DUI accidents. I guess your office is more interested in going after a private company with deep pockets than the individuals that actually broke a law.
@DylanRSkidmore @AGEllison I'd say it's closer to holding a car manufacturer liable because someone took a 120hp car, engine swapped it, tuned to 800hp, then crashed while street racing
@DylanRSkidmore @AGEllison Next he will be going after Boeing for it's jets used in 9/11....
@DylanRSkidmore @AGEllison That's because he won't hold his violent little buddies liable for all of the shootings they do! This man has more excuses than sharks have teeth.
@DylanRSkidmore @AGEllison Money grab and undermine the 2nd amendment.
@DylanRSkidmore @AGEllison Why isn’t he going after China for importing them and then selling them illegally?
@DylanRSkidmore @AGEllison It's more akin to holding the company who installed a car breathalyzer (ignition interlock device) responsible for DUI after vehicle owner manipulated device to operate outside of its original intent.
