Have you ever worked so much on something only to be disappointed by the results? That's the constant struggle of having an eating disorder.
YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL. (Just in case you haven't heard it yet today)
Even the least confident people can overcome anything they set their minds to.
If a child doesn't know what an eating disorder is, can they still have one? OF COURSE. It's not a choice, or a phase.
Skinny isn't synonymous with beauty, nor is heavy synonymous with ugly.
That moment when it feels as though everything is crashing down around you <<<
What I love about this account is the variety of followers. It really makes it feel like everyone can band together to support a cause.
Don't let other people's judgements of you determine who you are.
Skipping a meal isn't the same thing as an eating disorder, nor is pigging out on a holiday.
