My 8th graders working outside zone today. Getting a true understanding of where you need to be based on your path, feet, and hands.

You have to be willing to be uncommon. That’s what leads you to the highest level the days you don’t want to do anything you have to keep working!!!!

Working hands, eyes, and feet here making sure we have a good balance and good feet when punching and catching the tennis ball. Doesn’t need to be a fast drill making sure we are smooth.
