While I encourage more mid-rises and more intensity, playing with the development charges formula is a mistake. Developers *already* have certainty with respect to charges. These are spelled out by each municipality.

We're in a climate crisis, we cannot afford build over conservation areas. This proposal does not help with affordability and at the same time makes significant damage to our environment. Homes belong in towns and cities, not on top of farms, forests and wetlands.

I am opposed to building on any part of the greenbelt. It will not result in more affordable housing and will only serve to enrich developers and their cronies. Shameful how this government behaves.

Do not destroy the greenbelt. We do not need more urban development. We do, however, need protected natural spaces to SURVIVE. We depend on the earth, let's not destroy it any further.

The greenbelt should NOT be developed. It's home to many specials of wildlife and developing it would only be for profit. Absolutely not negotiable! This land must be saved for the wildlife of the region. Other areas should be redeveloped before one blade of grass is destroyed!

Sacrificing the Greenbelt is short-sighted & ignores the impending climate crisis. The environmental services provided by these areas outweigh the value from new housing, especially since most proposals are subdivisions of single-home dwellings. This plan is unconscionable.

I think this proposal is dangerous as it does not take the ecosystem health into consideration. The greenbelt is a source of drinking water and is home to many species that are at risk. This proposal is not stable and could cause ecosystem collapse.

I'm in favour of using part of this land (southern portion) for an additional hospital, but not in favour of redesignating any portion of the identified land as "Settlement" as the Province announced Friday, November 4, 2022. ON should follow the guidance of the local Township

I was under the impression that Mr. Ford and his party promised to preserve the greenbelt. We should be adding to it not taking it away. Classic example of "paved paradise to put up a parking lot.". Once it's gone, it's gone. Not a legacy I would want to have...
