Once we get in there I want to change the pay & structure of education. First I want to significantly cut administrator positions along with their pay. We need to increase teacher pay, but also the janitors, schoolbus drivers & cafeteria workers. Teachers than enablers. Admins…

The other thing we are gonna bring to Louisiana is 10% over cost of manufacturing for all medicine pricing. We also are going to bring back our natural medicine industry in the state. Just believe & anything is possible when we are unified.
You guys want to know how much our gov screws us? Loans & Credit cards just generally are private businesses using the federal government money printer to create money that never existed before. They get to charge us interest for using the system that our tax dollars create &…
Well the greatest part here is once we take over the gov, we can offer mortgages at 10% over cost. The thing about mortgages to begin with is that no private company is using their own money. They are using a mechanism that was created by our tax-dollars to just print the…

@EV_Trapper Also we should all be against this public records crap.
In South Louisiana, mortgage companies require just about every homeowner to have flood insurance. #lalege could pass legislation that would force mortgage companies hand there. I don't know why we don't, but it's very possible. We also could enforce building standards that…

Even when you remove the number of companies that operate in Louisiana, as you can see, we are nowhere near the bottom. Louisiana isn't in dire risk, there are plenty of companies. The only place that Insurance companies lose money is in South Louisiana. We have to work off…

No. The state could easily pass legislation that reduces the amount of insurance that homeowners are required to have. If the state passed legislation that said "flood insurance is not required on any home in Louisiana". Insurance premiums would go down significantly in the…

Guys. Making the state more "attractive" or "more easy to make a huge profit" is the complete WRONG way to go for insurance. We solve the problem by enforcing building standards & removing required insurance for home owners. This will drop everybody's premium.
They doing like Florida. It’s called Consent To Rate. Basically if analytics and reinsurance deem your house too risky for the regular premium, your insurance company can add a manual factor rating (50-300%) to your policy. U either take that or try to find other coverage..

We actually are accepting federal funds to feed the children now. Pay attention to their lack of principle though Roux, the #lalege has implemented some horrible policies for us since Gov Landry has came in. Almost no conservative ones & no taxes cut.
I'm thinking about what happens when somebody low in come or even middle income in the state gets their policies cancelled & there are no options left for them. Do they get their house taken? The #lalege has just put citizens in such a horrible place for the benefit of…

There are going to be 5% of people who had policies in the state of Louisiana who are going to get their policies cancelled. They can do 5% per calendar year unless they get approval from the Insurance Commissioner. They will prob do this to try to pin the blame on a gov…
You wanna know something crazy? One of the soldiers that I worked with was a descendant of William Wallace. He had the last name Wallace & one day I made the joke, sure enough come to find out. He had done all of the DNA testing & found out. He got brave-heart jokes from then…

If you own a home in Louisiana, make sure all of your ducks are in a row. Whenever #hb611 takes effect(1AUG2024) we will no longer have price protections in our state, insurance companies can drop you at any time & our premiums on average are all going to go up.
ANYBODY voting for this bill should be held accountable.
End the SCAM of College tuition.
Did you read the bill? We lose all pricing protections in the state, insurance companies can cancel or refuse to renew. For people who have policies for 3 years on or before 1AUG2024, the insurance companies get to cancel 5% of all policies per calendar year as long as they…
