Opinion needed! I’m looking to upgrade my dumb charger to a smart charger. Current front runner is the Ohme home pro to be fitted by octopus ev. Anyone have any better unit or installer options?

£45 taken by @bppulseuk for three failed charges, and refusing to refund unless the driver literally DRIVES ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE CHARGER TO GET THE SERIAL NUMBER. This is the opposite of putting customers first. The only response should be “we’re sorry, here’s your money”

Currently drive a BMW i3 on PCP and surprised to find out that the @Hyundai_UK ionic 5 is similar RRP but more expensive in PCP. So I can’t afford a Hyundai and gonna have to stick with a BMW. Isn’t that backwards??

@ToyotaUK Hi I think there is a fault with my self charging hybrid. I haven’t been able to get petrol because of the current panic buying. I thought I would be ok as my car is self charging but it’s not starting. Any ideas?

Cornwall to Sheffield tomorrow. 376 miles in an EV and no range anxiety. Route planned. Avoiding @bppulseuk so all should be good.

450 mile trip with multiple charge stops and the only issue I encountered was with the network I WAS paying a monthly subscription to @bppulseuk. This proves the model doesn’t work and I encourage every one of my followers to cancel their subscription if they have one.

@ivebeeniced @bppulseuk Today I visited a cluster of 4 charge rapid charge points and none of them were working! The past 3 weeks, I have visited 16 rapid charge points, and only managed to arrive and charge at 2 of them. Why am I paying a subscription for this service?

Camping in Wiltshire this weekend and gonna be a good test of the charging infrastructure. Sheffield to Wiltshire, driving while there and then journey back on Sunday. Fingers crossed!
