I need internet at my home for my family. Can Optimum please help get this done?
Technicians just left a note saying “reschedule” doesn’t say if wires were completed. Tech support said to speak to sales. I am constantly getting the run-around and every single rep refuses to connect me to a supervisor threatening that it will take 72 hrs for them to call
@optimum hi, I’ve been trying to become a new internet customer for 2 weeks and still do not have connection. Set up first appointment, waited 5 hours technician never showed. So I made another appointment, technician shows up and said 1st one went to wrong house.
