It’s mad because during that time I looked amazing on the outside but internally my body’s functionality was going to shits

My body started to fail when it felt like it could no longer trust me to take care of it. I had unworthy people entering it. Still on the journey to heal mentally and physically from self neglecting

Very few people are “sexually free” out of choice. For most the need to adopt the title comes from denying the necessary healing required from past trauma. Don’t put yourself through more pain by abusing abusing your mind, body and emotions further. #Healing

You deserve the best, heal so you believe it. #NoteToSelf

Haven’t heard it better said 👏🏼 #DerrickJaxn It’s actually madness 🤦🏻‍♀️

Me stating my opinion on the above doesn’t mean I think the generosity can’t be an expectation. I’m new to Twitter but I know many people read between unnecessary lines 🥴

Standards are great and put healthy boundaries in place but think about the life you want and the partner you want to create and live with, make those things your standards

There’s nothing wrong with having standards but be more concerned with his values more than what car he drives. Material things only show you that he likes luxurious items, great but can he reason with you, admit when he’s wrong, invest in his self development

#DerrickJaxn wife is an example of how a narcissist can break you’re spirit and it showing on the outside. She’s doesn’t have to be glammed up, she’s beautiful but you can just tell that her spirit is broken

A lot of people that are narcissistic will hold on to you because of how amazing you are. They won’t try to make things better even if they see the damage they’re doing to you mentally, spiritually and emotionally.

You have to be brave enough to leave, especially when you know there’s no chance of them changing.

If he truly loves you and sees a future with you, he will make a commitment. As much as us women want to make excuses for flaky men it’s the truth. If he wants you for a lifetime he will pattern up.

Men are great, well men who want to be the best version of themselves are. They can be a work in process or living the life of their dreams but their values and principles have always been there
