What is everyone’s go to for long term yellow nutsedge control? I’ve had problematic areas for the last several years, and while I can achieve season control with a mix of sulfentrazone and halosulfuron methyl, it seems to return the following year.

One of our aged Ventrac’s (we have 2) is up for replacement. We mow 50 acres of high profile parkland with zero turns, Ventrac’s, and 48’s. Does it make sense to purchase a Toro 4500 D (9ft) mower or another Ventrac. I believe we can reduce mowing times by 30% with the Toro.

Some of the damage from last weekend’s event. Next large scale event just 11 days away. My favorite line I heard regarding the forklifts was “well it has turf tires on it”. How about it weights 12k plus pounds.
