@British_Airways ask us to complete complaint form over a week and still no response! Wonder if the canned “we are really busy” response is coming? Not busy to take my money though! #bbc #BritishAirways #CustomerService

@johnlewishelp probably the worst customer service I have come across. Delayed delivery, promised delivery twice and now no date!. Can’t even cancel the order ! As “we are limited to what we can do”

@EvansCycles your customer service is atrocious. Increase price by 13% due to your system failures and time delay as are profiteering during pandemic. Also holding on to refunds for no reason but internal processes! @WhichUK #cycletowork #ridetowork #tradingstandards #which

@SturgessCarsLtd failed on so many levels. 🤬Worst purchase experience in my life. Warranty company won't pay out as it is a Land Roaver Default/Inherent Design Fault! @LandRover @LandRoverUKPR @LandRover_UK is this fair,? shouldn't you rectify!
