5 lessons making $5M in the last year dropshipping: 1. Stop trying to build a brand I don’t have any IG accounts No custom packaging etc Make decisions that increase profits today. If your trying to dropship, just dropship don’t get sucked into tryna build a brand. 2. Expand to other markets If I stuck to 1 market I would have made a fraction of my revenue. I do this through one country stores, easier to localize this way. Don’t be afraid to sell in different languages, use deepl and proofreaders. 3. Multiple products Once a store is working there’s hardly any work to be done. Scaling takes 5 minutes. Any other work on the store is pointless. You’ll be better off getting another winner going. 4. Scale your ads Don’t let your campaigns run at 3+ roas That is unoptimized You’ll make more profit scaling them up and letting your roas sit around 2. Assuming your break even roas is around 1.5 5. Network I wouldn’t have hit these numbers without the people I’ve met online/in person. If a problem comes up I’ve got 20+ people to message and it’ll be solved instantly Twitter has been great for this I’m not in any, but discord groups may be useful to join too.
