Eric Hibbard @Eh4Eric

@innocent @RachelSMcBride They’ve gone for the big guns this year in the video - the 1990’s BBC synchronised swimmers!

@innocent @RachelSMcBride See - who needs a TV! UK next….

@innocent @RachelSMcBride We’ll tell you which country is up next - you can tell us what you expect the commentary to be… It’s Ukraine - and Go….

@bt_uk listen you Moronic twats - I don’t want your shit services, I don’t want you to keep charging me for them, I cancelled my account months ago!! Stop trying to charge me in advance for the next 3 months or I shall be looking for recompense for harassment!!

@BTCare you twats are paid enough to provide an internet service - how about fucking providing one!!!

#bbcfootball surprised Middlesbrough didn’t make the conversion as well…

@asda filled up with Diesel at your Tiptree store earlier, pump hose is split by the handle and Diesel pours over your hands and all over the floor. Informed service desk in-store, result - total disinterest! Turns out it’s been both reported and ignored for 2 weeks! Acceptable??

@IKEAUK sort your website out!! You have STOLEN my money, input a prepaid voucher and the website gives an error and doesn’t take payment but still empties the card! IKEA thieves!!!!!

So @virginmedia your job is to provide an internet service - you’ve failed to do so for over a week now unless I want to work for 10 mins at 3am (which conviently means there’s not a 24 hour outage for you to pay compensation on!) I’m sure even you can agree that’s Pathetic!!

@EE Yes - the text says travel data pass is not available on your price plan

So - having learnt that @EE stands for Extremely Expensive why do you have an offer of roaming open to everyone on all pay monthly tariffs - except for certain ones you don’t disclose till it’s too late? About time for a word with advertising standards about your sales tactics...

@EE India

@EE You send me endless Texts about texting “Max Travel” and getting 500mb per day allowance for £6, when I do you then decide it doesn’t apply to my plan and it’s £5 per 50mb!! I suggest you sort out your advertising!

@SamsungHelpUK bought a new Samsung TV 6 months ago, it’s spent 3 months of that being repaired - new power unit, new mother board and a new screen all due to manufacturing faults - now it’s returned and has an error connecting to the Hub. What is the matter with your products?

@EE I seem to spend half my life sorting out your screw-ups - yet another complaint coming your way. When will you sort yourselves out?

@EE I do not intend to waste another evening chasing your managers due to your incompetence! Sort it out and get someone to call me!!

@LizFletcherPR @EE been waiting a month for same thing, just been told @EE screwed up so badly I have to return the phone and start again!!

Customer services tip for @EE - if your going to have a rant about your customers then mute the call first! Unbelievable!!!

So @EE sod me around for a month, admit to being wrong and their best offer to fix? Post us the phone back and we'll start again!! Useless!
