@its_joy9 Belle créature.

@yallmeetbenny Shit, it's the AI

@yallmeetbenny The one in the middle has really become a nugget.

@ballyqis Omo wo èwou otoutou.

Today, at the embassy of the Republic of Benin, I submitted a petition for the banning of @SteveNdukwu from ever entering the Republic of Benin. In the coming weeks, I will be in Cotonou where I hope to meet with the minister of Culture and Tourism, honorable Babalola Jean-Michel Hervé Abimbola to discuss the dangers of letting reckless content creators like Steven Ndukwu exploit and desecrate Vodun, Benin's sacred, living religion and a cornerstone of their national identity. Ndukwu brazenly filmed sacred practices, then publicly ridiculed them as mere "tricks," and "fake magic," dismissing centuries old spiritual traditions as superstition for cheap YouTube views and clout. This is not journalism; it's cultural vandalism which echoes colonial era demonization that portrayed African spirituality as primitive, dark, and fraudulent. By mocking Vodun an official religion of Benin as"feared and dark"while stripping it of its profound cosmology and community guardianship he inflicts deep psychological violence on believers, erodes cultural dignity, and accelerates the erosion of indigenous heritage already threatened by colonial and neocolonial narratives. Benin, as the global cradle of Vodun should not tolerate such arrogant disrespect from a foreigner, who unfortunately is a Nigerian like myself. He entered the country as a guest, then commodified and insulted the nation's soul for profit. Allowing him back normalizes exploitation, invites more predatory so called "exposés," and undermines Africa's fight for self-determination and pride in ancestral traditions. Banning Steven Ndukwu is not censorship, it's simply cultural self-preservation. Benin must defend its heritage with the same vigor other nations protect their holy sites. No one would dare "expose" the Kaaba or Vatican secrets for clicks; African sacred spaces deserve equal reverence and protection. Lastly, Steven's attitude does not reflect that of the average Nigerian who just wants to visit other places, enjoy their culture, have new experiences and return home. It is because of individuals such as Steven that Nigerians have a bad reputation outside. Individuals, who do not know their limits or bounds as guests in a foreign country.

Or + Uranium + Diamant + Maganèse = zéro ? 4545 $ US Bénin, contre 2964 $ US Corée, et 2755 $ US Pour le Japon.

I grew up in the Vodou tradition & I see this act as a profound moral injury to our communities. It is also a prime example of how colonialism has conditioned Africans to disrespect, discredit, & discard anything indigenous to the continent, including our metaphysical worlds.

I guess you guys finally know the truth 🤣. And to the people of Benin 🇧🇯, this is for entertainment purposes not to stop your $$ from coming in🙏

This is intellectual arrogance. You can be well-traveled and still be culturally barbarous. Every society has myths: Greeks, Chinese, Indians, even North Americans. The Bible we believe in is full of them. If your whole travel experience amounts to ‘uncovering lies’ in other cultures, you learned nothing ‘Not to stop your $$ from coming in’. I feel so disappointed. 🤮

You are an uncultured fool. You are so uncultured that you don't know that the power of the masquerade is the myth. You don't know that power of the masquerade is the unseen, the hidden, and the agreement between the community and the symbol.. You've literally nuked all that because you are chasing a viral moment. What you've done is actually cultural vandalism. But you wouldn't know that, because you are an uncultured swine. You've violated a sacred boundary for clout. You literally flew a drone into a space deliberately kept mystical, without consent, just to get likes and views.

People don’t like to hear the truth. Reason why Africa is still under developed because people just can’t question things and demand answers

You're very foolish. Nigeria, your country, has the highest number of people living below the poverty line. Do you see any other West African citizen trying to paint your country bad? The mystery behind Zangbeto is one of the things that drives tourism, but you're too dense to recognise it. It is because of this sort of behaviour that your countrymen are hated all over the world. Wodemaya will never do this.

West Africa is the poorest region in Africa, but my video about Voodoo is your problem? Wake up from your sleep, open your eyes and look around! The truth is often hidden inside of tradition and culture!
