@Costco Just spent 40+ minutes at the Gaithersburg, MD Costco waiting to return merchandise. Return clerk, Jeffrey, raises his voice and was reluctant to get Admin Manager, Curtis. I know that Costco is a huge retailer but their customer service leaves a lot to desire.
