Politico has just broken a story stating @GovernorPerry will make clear he is running for president this Saturday in SC.
EPA and TX now in a lawsuit.
TX has decreased air pollution continuously over many years, but the EPA isn't happy because TX is not doing it their way.
Perry finished in second place in the straw poll held over the weekend in Denver.
