Any critique of video games as a creative medium that doesn't specifically examine (agentic) interactivity is either too broad or too narrow. In this case most novels are going to "consume" days and leave you with "nothing", so why isn't the concept of literature horrifying?
the more i think about it the more video games as a concept the more they horrify me. just a machine for totalizing disassociation which consumes days or years and leaves you with nothing

@StarBoundBird I remember being rather cold on it when i finished it, but it grew on me a lot in the following weeks somehow. Really interesting stuff. I'd say one of it's main problem is that there isn't enough time dedicated to expand on most of the concepts. It stretches itself too thin
