If you think that trash you just heard from the Supreme Court about protecting J6 rioters will *ever* be applied to peaceful Black protesters, think again. Just yesterday, the Court allowed Louisiana to continue hunting @deray My latest in @thenation thenation.com/article/activi…
@ElieNYC @rolandsmartin @deray @thenation Outstanding article.
@ElieNYC @deray @thenation When in doubt, pull the race card out. How many BLM rioters went jail or are still in jail? I'll wait...
@ElieNYC @deray @thenation It’s wrenching to comprehend that the “Supreme Court,” the last bastion of so-called blind justice, the fortress of democracy, who protect the rights of all citizens, would easily succumb to the pettiness of personal beliefs, politics & loopholes to betray 342 million people.
@ElieNYC @deray @thenation As the legal scholar Chris Rock said many years ago--it's alright, if it's all white!
@ElieNYC @rhonda_harbison @deray @thenation Some definitely sounded a little biased from the start for the J6 Insurrectionists to me. I also feel fairly certain, there’s already bias on the SCOTUS against BLM protesters who’ve never attempted to disrupt official government proceedings. We could easily name them right now.
@ElieNYC @deray @thenation but @ElieNYC those are BLACK protesters
@ElieNYC @deray @thenation According to SCOTUS, it’s government for Trump, by Trump and of Trump.
