Again, if Trump was any other person, he'd be in jail for contempt. His continued freedom to intimidate jurors and witnesses exposes the entire system as farce.

@ElieNYC Again, if Trump was any other person, he wouldn't be going through this at all.
@ElieNYC That's interesting. Then where is Hunter?
@ElieNYC On the upside side we all can now get away with election interference, stealing top secret docs, another election subversion in Fulton County, tax fraud, defamation, sexual assault, threaten judges and President Biden and and and 🤬. Infuriating!
@ElieNYC Like a broken clock, you're right twice a day. The first time was when you decided to forego the cream cheese on your bagel.
@ElieNYC If birds had radios in their asses there'd be music in the air. Man, this logical fallacy game is just so fucking easy
@ElieNYC @MayoIsSpicyy He did nothing wrong and Biden is a liar. 🤥
This analysis misses serval key practical point: 1) Of course. Presidents get secret service for life. They’re different in many ways… duh. 2) If Judge Merchan enforces it too much —putting him in jail, SCOTUS gets involved. Judge Merchan’s best approach is to put his finger on the scale to help Trump get convicted. It’ll get overturned but provide Dems with some great press for a few months. Maybe help them stack the court, etc.
@ElieNYC Very 2 Americas! OJ couldn’t have done this either!
@ElieNYC @JoshMankiewicz Yes just not enough Judge.
