@oneuppergirl I can't speak for Peach but EOW is a good top-down Zelda game and was well received by fans (4M copies sold, 85/100 on Metacritic). Its biggest flaw, if I can even call it a flaw, is that it's a top-down game and, as a result, has a narrower scope than BotW or TotK
@Senhorleitor20 @thomaaas26 @Rimka94300 Rating a game is a subjective matter, but back in 98, both people and media agreeing that it was a revolution for the genre and for the transition to 3D. A good game is like a recipe, you take good ingredients and get creative. Im still waiting for your reply to my prev answer
@Senhorleitor20 @thomaaas26 @Rimka94300 Absolutely not, you need to take into account the context in which the game was released. OOT3D was reviewed in 2011 and it didn't make any innovations, it was just a good game. Unlike OOT98 which received such reviews precisely because it was revolutionary in 1998
@Senhorleitor20 @BDE986152 @greek_god26 @PedroGael24 @thomaaas26 @Rimka94300 The idea of locking your camera onto an enemy by pressing a button (in a 3D environment) first appeared in OOT, if you disagree, name a game that did it first
@Joakermarqs @to_jasm1 This video is the opening of the game, the anime has its own openings but they butchered the story
@TheDreamShrine It's just a vocal minority who's bashing the game (as with every Zelda and even more since BotW with this weird idea that “it's not a real Zelda”) But I think the most overlooked games by fans are TMC/FS-A some people believe they aren't canon just bcs they're multiplayer games
