My goal this year is to get shit accomplished. To stop putting things off and get it done right then and there.

Thank you to teachers who work overtime for free, buy grocery gift cards for starving families, listen to stories of childhood trauma every day, convince kids that they ARE born worthy, and give of their boundless love. Thank you! Have a wonderful year!

There’s literally no in between when you ask a kid how old you are. You are literally super young or super old

I love when I ask the kids “what’s up” and they yell back “good”

I went to my parents house today in hopes that I would clean out my old room. But my mom and I just crafted instead 🤷🏻‍♀️

Signs I’m turning into an adult. 1. I got excited that my desk came with a file cabinet 2. I bought hanging file folders to organize Zach and I’s paperwork.

Not to brag or anything, but my husband cooks, cleans, does laundry & yard work, goes grocery shopping & to work every day, remembers special occasions, pays bills... all while being an excellent dad & husband. So, what I’m tryna say is, he’s a grown ass man. Marry one.

So my work is through a church and when the kids don’t have school we are at the church. Well, the kids saw a picture of jesus on cross and started asking me a whole bunch of questions. I’m not prepared for this.
