As a trans person in Britain this is terrifying. Especially the Tory audience cheering and clapping as the Prime Minister gives the go-ahead for transphobia, saying we’re not real. Trans hate crime at record levels. Absolutely horrendous. #RishiSunak

Admit it. Homophobic crime is exponentially rising. Flags are being taken down or burnt, drag events are being cancelled, support groups are being threatened, and gay people are being assaulted. After the transphobia epidemic since 2016, this was always going to be next step. 😠
