@SAS I did, I am receiving no help whatsoever. After seeing customers experience the same and writing to your account here, I decided to try so too. I am seeing clearly that you have no intention of helping your customers. I’ll make sure to never fly SAS again.

When flying with @SAS from Trondheim to Oslo on September 4, somehow they managed to lose my luggage and I still have no update on it. I have reported it, sent in a report on compensation for products I needed to buy, spoke to countless of people in their customer service …

@SAS I did apply for compensation on my suitcase that was lost. It has been 107 days since my suitcase got lost but customer services are telling me I am not entitled to compensation unless I have receipts for everything that was in my lost suitcase.

@SAS Honestly, who keeps receipt’s for products bought in advance of their holiday? This is about what was in my luggage that got lost at the airport, and of course I don’t have any receipts for those belongings when I had no intention beforehand of losing my luggage.

@SAS Honestly, where does it state on your website that customers service can ask for bank-statements and information regarding my payments from my bank card? It has been 105 days since SAS lost my suitcase! This is so tiresome and I am very disappointed.

@SAS Hello again. I have yet not received further help since your reply here. I have been transferred some amount from my expenses but I am still missing 344,24 NOK. The worst part is the customer service for my lost luggage.

@SAS @SAS I am certainly not looking forward to flying with your airline again if that means I will have to risk experiencing something like this ever again. Your customer service is terrible. Not only through email, but also as the desks in Oslo. I hope for your sake this improves.

@SAS Instead of actually helping my retrieve my suitcase, or just being kind and understanding of how tiresome this case is for me - I am receiving emails from your employee P. D. with the same answer over and over again:

@Ralithune @Tinder SAME! I mailed them saying I haven’t done anything that violates their TOC and they still won’t give me an accurate answer or remove the ban on my account. Talk about denying people the opportunity of love.
