After Monday's tr*uma, Ri hasn't done anything but cry. Today on the drive home they co-fronted with me. I usually don't allow co fronting and driving, but gosh they were singing so cute. Gives me hope for healing ❤️ -Madi

I don't often experience dissociation unless I'm switching, but damn my dysphoria was so bad today it sent me deep into a dissociative episode. My sigh rapidly worsened and I was honestly scared for the first time in a long while. - Matthew
