@irunoffroad @GrundyOxford @UKRunChat @runningbloggers @wordpressdotcom I'd never thought of that aspect, that's really interesting! I did notice at the underpass of doom, the rapid downhill and then up again absolutely killed my quads, because up until that point we'd got into that endurance plod. Same movement over and over.
