@LarrySchwe94560 "Other than Shanghai and Hong Kong, this is a third world country." This hasn't been true for some time. I was in Chengdu around 2017-2018. Great roads, metro, and rail. Very safe. Ferraris and Lamborghinis driving around. In Scotland, we can't even fill potholes in the roads.
