*He places several glass containers into a box labeled "To Be Cleaned", and sorts the rest into their appropriate piles.*
*Tying the flashlight to his head with an old piece of rope he'd found scavenging, he begins to set up his treasures of the day*
*Quick taps open the match box and pulls out two large batteries. He swings the flashlight from his hips and loads the "ammo"*
*After several minutes of knocking objects over, he finally locates the tiny box.* Aha! I should've known you'd be hiding there!
*He slowly pats his forehooves around in the darkness for his matchbox.* I should really start putting that damned thing in one place.
*Quick pulls the cover back into place and turns to face the darkness.* Okay...another day, and I'm not dead yet.
*Behind the trash receptacle a hole in the wall is revealed! Quick tosses his bags into the hole and rolls himself inside*
*Quick uses his head to nudge the dumpster forward, inch by inch. Every few steps he stops to look around.*
*Craning his neck around the corner of his hiding spot, Quick checks for any followers. Seeing that there are none, he proceeds*
*He slithers across the ground and jumps behind a dumpster for cover*
*Quick's eyes dash back and forth as he "ninjas" his way down the darkened streets of Canterlot.*
*He rummages for a little while longer, but before long he has to retreat to his hideout to empty his bags.*
*Most of the last while felt like a blur to him. It was if nothing at all had happened with him for two whole weeks.*
Hm...that probably didn't help... *With a shrug he drops it into one of the sacks hanging over his side.*
*He breathes on it some, rubs it against his filth covered fur, and holds it back up to the light*
*Quick picks up a glass bottle, holding it up to the dim streetlight to inspect its cleanliness.*
*Quick only has himself to whisper to* "What the hell was that?"
*Quick runs a hoof through his mane and stares out into space. The filthy alley he was sleeping in is deathly silent.*
*A sharp gasp meets the midnight air as Quick awakens. His body is shaking, covered in sweat. He cries for a good few minutes.*
*The great dark pony in the center of the room turned to Quick with an evil grin.* "One still lives...?"
