@cyclingmole I really thought Ineos were going to get him in line with current signing policy. That´s a lot of money for an old rope for Visma but even more amazingly, Sosa has got another WT contract. It´s going to be tough for Jayco to get UCI points without GC riders or sprinter next year.

@oguystayhome @velogames Not sure how fair it is to include changes made just an hour or two before the race start date, even if that is the Italian way. People have work and lives to go to so perhaps there should be a hard cut off to add new riders to the roster midnight before the race.

@velogames De Vylder lost too much time in the ITT to be that high on GC, he´d have had to have won the stage on a gap to take back time lost so it seems to be like in Roubaix with the Van Dijke twins!

@velogames What would have happened if the TV coverage missed it though, like it did with the bunch? No official scoring should invalidate the KOM otherwise it becomes guesswork. It´s not like when they mix riders up and eventually correct it, here there are no results.

@SimeoneTacticas @cyclingmole I expect them to send the 8 best fit riders they have but it seems most of them are prioritising Renewi and Canada one day races instead. If anything happens to Pogi we could have a very unexpected winner like Horner in 2013.

@cyclingmole It´s got to be a team with a lot of cash so either them Decathlon or Lidl. Mind you can´t rule out a team needing UCI points.
