Umm. How am I supposed to have a pleasant morning run with a Jersey Shore marathon on MTV? Music videos evidently no longer an option?
At least for a few hours I'll be occupied and c/r won't be an option.
Made it to the gym without c/r (chew/spit) by blasting Passion Pit's "Take a Walk" and picturing my life free of ED.
So sick of feeling trapped. Want to regain custody of my life.

It's so tempting to start the day with a chew/spit session. So demented, but so tempting. It calms me down and comforts me. /:
The gradual withdrawal has not proved successful by any measure, so I'm attempting cold turkey. Chronicling my misery-*cough* efforts here.
