@eir Received an email from Eir with 20% off tickets to Taste of Kildare, except I just tried to use the discount code and it goes not work. Small print says "...20% ticket off ... through eventbrite..." but its not listed on there & email link sends me to universe.com

Wow, so my phone's trade in value is directly linked to the amount I spend with you? Not linked to the actual value of the phone? #Pixel9ProXL #Pixel8 #Pixel7 #GooglePixel #rip-off #scam @madebygoogle @GooglePixel_US @googleeurope @IRISH_CRG @eccireland

Exactly as i assumed, this was no help. The number you provided was not helpful because you sent me to the distributors that support the website and not Tech support. Again I say that I have been trying to get through to your tech support line & I am getting hung up on every time

@Ethnod You're speaking with human beings here, we can assure you. On the end of every message we send, you will see our initials. Feel free to drop us a message with any questions you may have! SK

@currys_irl @currys @currysplc Wow, to say that you have streamlined your services at the expense of customer experience is an understatement. Website stock doesn't reflect actual stock, CS are no help, lovely but can't help. I'm being asked to drive 70 mins 2x to buy an sd card

@SamsungIreland_ I have been calling 0818717100 for 3 days now. Every time I get through the phone menu for support, your system hangs up on me instantly. How on earth can I get through to get support?

@HellandBackRun does this car belong to your staff (appeared so by their cloths & lack of dirt) but after parking in a parents and child, they then taunted the sore mgr & me. It is not a good look for people to be behaving like that wearing your branding front and back.

@luke_lafr sorry about ur budgies. Re the mites, have you tried Diatomaceous Earth (DE)? It's none toxic, seems to be fine for treating birds (inc budgies) and it's something that you can dust your house with. It kills mites by desiccation. Light dustings so they walk around it

@AerLingus You really need to make some changes to your customer service, 5 days, at least 12 attempts (some mornings, days and evenings) 1x 2 hours on hold to get cut off, multiple times for an hour or more. Finally get through by calling this late, it should not be this hard!!!

This is just a joke now, over 2 hours on hold, someone finally answers and then we immediately get cut off. We could hear an agent then heard some kind of disconnection sound

@AerLingus completely ridiculous, we have been trying for weeks now to get through to your customer service line. Currently my wife is on hold almost 2 hours, not for the first time. The issue cannot be resolved online, just looking to book seats 😡

@aaronecarroll Is there any research on the "cry it out" method? long term effects/harm. I see a lot of options and talk of research on both sides but if there is research I'd love to see your take on what's out there, especially as a pediatrician who clearly cares. Video idea?

@IrishWater Any update on the boil notice for this area? We are in Newcastle with a 3 week old baby and hoping that this notice will end soon, boiling everything to then clean and sterilise everything is just making everything that much harder. Just looking for an update, not giving out 😉

@aaronecarroll @HCTriage I'd missed that video, mainly because we Dall it Paracetamol in Ireland. Thank you so much, knew I could rely on you

@aaronecarroll could you please do a @HCTriage episode about the use of paracetamol during pregnancy? My wife is pregnant and extremely worried as headlines about new research has her stressed out. If anyone can get to the truth it is you guys
