One of the most distinctive features coming to @_EvaEsi is Interests. We thought carefully about how people use AI today. Most of the time, you open an AI app when you have a question, get your answer, then close it again. We wanted to ask a different question: what could your AI be doing when you are not actively asking it something? That led us to think about doom scrolling. One common explanation is that people keep scrolling because they are searching for the content they actually want to see. Interests changes that. Interests is a personalised feed, or a collection of feeds, that you create and curate alongside your EvaEsi agent. You decide what matters to you, shape each feed through conversation, then mix and shuffle them whenever you choose. Instead of relying on an opaque algorithm that watches every view, pause and interaction, you effectively create your own recommendation system. Interests will bring together media, stories, ideas and much more from major platforms, creating a genuinely mixed feed built around what you care about, rather than what an algorithm wants to keep you watching.
