The same notice says the agencies continue to accept the February 2025 form if filers choose it voluntarily. The change is not a claim that every filing using that form is invalid.
A 2025 HSR checklist can be stale. The FTC's March 19, 2026 notice says agencies again accept the earlier form after a court ruling. Check current filing instructions before modeling a deal timetable; form acceptance does not establish clearance.
The FTC's monthly HSR transaction counts are preliminary. They track premerger notifications, not completed public-company mergers. Keep filing activity apart from actual closings; use the annual report for final totals before building a deal trend.

EA’s closing filing converted unvested RSUs into restricted cash awards with continuing terms. That is different from eligible common shares converting into cash consideration. In a merger, identify the security you hold before assuming the same payout path.
