@EveryAustralian I'm happy SDA providers need to be registered and it should be stronger to keep out shonks. But you definitely don't need to be registered to provide SIL.

The fact I have choice over my supports means I can be up at 8am to attend this NDIS Review media briefing. The recommendations that will be released today must NOT force me to choose registered providers because I need flexibility and choice to get the support that I need

I mean I get they’ll be using the same name, but if it’s a really big restructure it might not be the same thing as what the NDIS was designed for, and how it’s worked up until now.
