Any power-user tips for conda @pwang @anacondainc ? `conda clean` for example takes a looong time with no visibility on what's happening. What would you do to speed it up? Delete some files manually etc? Looking for other poweruser tips as well! #python

Note : If the expression is simple enough, another way to achieve the same results as a map is using a list comprehension. In such cases, an LC might be better (time+readability) than a map. Also, the latter being an iterator results in its values being consumed if iterated once.

#100daysofPython - Day1 - Why use maps? A map(..) is a function that accepts at least 2 parameters - 1 function, say 'f' & 1 or more iterable(s). map(..) executes 'f' for every element of the iterable . In the e.g. here, the func. 'sqrt_num' gets applied to numbers, 11 to 20.
