As a coach I'd would be looking out to see if my athletes start too fast and have to slow down. Maintain heart rate that is too high becoming anaerobic, or if they were starting off too slow with the 2nd half 10% faster. #run #runcoach #runningcoach

The progressive run teaches you the how to run by feel and allows you to hit speed by easing yourself into the faster pace. It can help dial in a goal race target pace without the fatigue of full tempo workout.Progression runs can be especially useful for less experience runners

The purpose of this short stretch routine is to get the muscles back to their pre-run length. Ideally each stretch should be held for around 10-15 seconds. This routine flows quite nicely from one muscle group to the next and is easily learnt.
