Continuous Improvement is setting short term objectives and achieving those objectives in a cadence
Organization transformation requires a plan. However, a successful transformation is achieved by a Continuous Improvement Plan!

The best way of making people interested in learning is to show them "what would be in it" for them!
The main resistance to change is due to forcing people to change without offering them enough guidance on whys and hows!
Before introducing a change in an organization start with optimizing the corporate culture to prepare the organization for the main change!
You, as a change agent, are supporting and facilitating the change, not pushing it on the organization!
Recognizing small short-term wins encourages people in their Transformation-to-Agile journey!
