@bigbasket_com @BigBasketTech @bigbasketblog Very poor service bigbasket. Sorry to say that. Frustrated from day-1 of using Big Basket. Only wastage of time, nothing else. 1st order got cancelled automatically, in 2nd order 1 item was not delivered. #poorservice

@bigbasket_com @BigBasketTech @bigbasketblog Chat support informed me to place order and I will get coupon of 150 as my wallet balance. But not received any. Tried calling Big Basket care, they don't try to solve issue neither they understand issue. Tried calling 4-5 times, customer support is just waste of time.

@bigbasket_com @BigBasketTech @bigbasketblog , My first order was automatically canceled, and the ₹150 off coupon I had for it disappeared! It wasn't applied to my second order, which was supposed to be my first. Where did that coupon go? Order no.- #2046931824.

@bigbasket_com @bigbasketblog @BigBasketTech How will I be compensated for the 40 minutes I invested in product selection?

@bigbasket_com @bigbasketblog @BigBasketTech, I spent 40 minutes selecting and ordering groceries from Bigbasket today. Subsequently, after 30 minutes, I was notified that the entire order has been cancelled. This level of service is unsatisfactory. Order no.- #2046931824.
