Is there a job out there where management isn’t toxic? Like I see everyone talking about how toxic their management is and like I’m not going to leave my job just to still deal with toxic management.
The most frustrating thing is your boss complaining about something you did wrong when it’s something they do incorrectly all the time. Lead by example.

Hospitals are creepy without covid but with covid and so little visitors it’s so scary walking down halls alone.
Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. Yesterday a coworker didn’t show up on time, an hour later her mom is calling w/ news that she took her life. Tomorrow ask ur coworker if they’re ok. This event has made me realize that it’s true, you never know what people are going through
I understand that customer service is hard but I will never understand why csr’s are so rude on the phone. At a time like this be grateful you have a job because there are millions unemployed who would happily take it from you.

@PatrioticLovers I work for a roofing company and we deal with insurance claims sometimes. I would say don’t file a claim. It’s not a covered peril. Think of a peril as an “act of God”. Also poor workmanship is a reason they use to deny claims.
