The governments own website repeats that it was 20 appointments While parliamentary evidence shows it was 20 attempts to contact the GP with difficulty navigating the econsult process (digital first being @wesstreeting policy) Which is it Wes? gov.uk/government/new…

Hospital teams and ICBs call it ‘Shared Care.’ What it really means is GPs carrying all the risk with little to no resource. Let's start by renaming it. Shared care should be renamed "Shared Risk". (I have many hills).
